FAQ

Do you accept reservations?

Yes, we accept reservations for parties of up to six.  Reservations can be made up to 30 days in advance.  All available reservations are available online.  If you don't see your desired reservation time online, it means we don't have that availability.  We don't have additional reservations available for call-ins.  

Do you have a waitlist for reservations?

Yes.  You can add yourself to our reservation waitlist through the "Notify" function on Resy. 

Do you have walk-in seating?

Yes, we have 10 seats at the bar and a few walk-in tables that are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

How long is the wait for walk-in seating?

Wait times vary.  Sometimes there is no wait, and sometimes the wait can be over an hour.  The best time to secure a walk-in seat is at 5:00 when we open. 

Do you accept large parties?

We are unable to accomodate any groups larger than six people.  We do not have a private dining area.  We do offer complete buyouts.  Inquiries for buyouts can be emailed to pearlrestaurantsf@gmail.com. 

Are dogs allowed at outdoor tables?

Yes, dogs are allowed (for outdoor reservations only).

Do you have vegan and gluten-free options?

We do have a few vegan and gluten-free options.  Some menu items can be modified to accomodate vegan and gluten-free diets.  However, most of our menu is not vegan or gluten-free and cannot be modified.  

Do you have a corkage fee?

Yes, our corkage fee is $30 per bottle with a limit of two bottles.  

Are outdoor tables covered if it rains?

Yes, if it rains heavily all reservation tables will be covered.  However, it can get very cold and windy in the Richmond, so we recommend dressing warmly for outside reservations.
